ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ನಗರದ ಬಾಯಾರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹಸಿವುಗಳೇ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಅವಕಾಶದ ಭರವಸೆಗಳು. ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಶುದ್ದೀಕರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾಟಲು ತಂಬುವುದು ಹಾಗು ನಗರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ತರಕಾರಿ ಬೆಳೆದು ಪೂರೈಸುವುದು ಉತ್ತರ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ವರದನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ರೈತರ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಜೀವನೋಪಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ.ಆದರೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯೆಂದರೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಸುತ್ತಲಿನ ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ಗಾಬರಿಗೊಳಿಸುವಷ್ಟು ಖಾಲಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲವನ್ನೇ ಆಧರಿಸಿರುವ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಬಹುದು?
